Enquiry form on the Contact page
When you send us an enquiry through the website, we process the information you provide yourself:
Name
Email
Phone
Event date
Location
Number of guests
Description of the event
The form automatically records the time of submission — we use this solely as protection against spam, not to track visitors.
Direct email and phone communication
If you contact us directly at pizza@doughmads.cz or by phone, we process the information you share with us while arranging the event (e.g. billing details, if the event goes ahead).
Technical data about your visit
As with any website, basic technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) is automatically processed during your visit so that the site works properly and securely — see section 6 on cookies.

We do not use data from the enquiry form for anything other than arranging and delivering your event — we do not send newsletters from it, nor do we pass it on for marketing purposes.
4
How long we keep your data
- Unconverted enquiry: for as long as we are handling it and a reasonable period afterwards (usually up to 1 year), unless otherwise agreed.
- Completed event — accounting records: kept for 5 years from the end of the accounting period concerned, in line with the Czech Accounting Act. Should we become VAT payers, this period extends to 10 years for tax documents, counted from the end of the relevant tax period, in line with the Czech VAT Act.
- Email correspondence: for as long as it may be needed to prove an agreement or assert a claim, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, in line with the general limitation period under the Czech Civil Code.
Once these periods expire, we securely delete or anonymise the data.

Who has access to your data
We never sell your data or pass it on for third-party marketing. Access is limited to:
- Our web hosting provider (WEDOS Internet, a.s.) — our website and enquiry database physically run on their servers.
- Google Fonts — the website loads the Bitter typeface from Google. When a page loads, your browser's IP address is therefore transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Limited), as with the vast majority of websites using Google Fonts.
- Public authorities, where required by law (e.g. the tax office during a tax audit).
The website's form (WPForms) runs directly on our own server — its responses never leave our hosting, except for the notification email we send to ourselves at pizza@doughmads.cz.
6
Cookies and website analytics
The website uses a cookie banner, through which you choose which optional cookies (e.g. analytics) you allow us to use — strictly necessary technical cookies always run, as the site would not work without them.
You can find a complete and always up-to-date list of specific cookies in our separate Cookie Policy, which is automatically maintained and updated by the cookie banner on the site.
7
How we protect your data
- The website runs exclusively over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Access to the website administration is protected against repeated password-guessing attempts.
- Only a limited number of people who need it to handle your enquiry have access to your data.
8
